At ART OF, we are dedicated to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't help you reach your peak, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
